2010 background acting

I am remembering my 2010 today and my acting work which is extra or background acting. It is minimium wage and grueling work but at least you're face is onscreen for a few seconds. My most recent work was on the set of Vamperifica . Since I signed a contract that prevents any spoilers. All I will say it was hours were long 9 hours of waiting, 6 o'clock lunches, and retakes. There were plenty of fun moments of set like networking with other small actors, unisex booty drop dance contests and overall energy of acting out a festive scene. To all aspiring actors my advice is "to do small parts like stage work and acting classes to perfect your technique and not be the 38 year old aspiring actor who still haven't been in anything".
