Both are reported to be the Queen of nyc. I am not really a fan of either but I see minaj's career on the rise and kim regaining fame with her mixtape Black Friday. Plus there are tons of more female mcs out there. Queen Latifah,Mc lyte,Lauryn hill,and to people in the suburbs Ke$ha.
