Happy birthday brian

Today is October 27th the birthday of brian M. He is one of the long time contributors to the blog. He has been with us since he was barely 18-19 and now in his mid 20s navigating his chosen career path. He is currently working on a more entrepreneurial based blog and has a few products to be released within the next 6 months.

After 4 months

It is the first improvement we have done in almost 4 years. This post was originally posted in april 8th 2014. However this blog has gone over many changes. We are not longer borindom but dj tryphto. The focus is still commentary on popular music and celebrity news. There is a lot more original content. Many of our achived posts will be updated and linked to more information. In more personal news the 2 years both of the original writers of the blog Alexander cortes and brian morris both graduated college and currently working on their master degrees. Both currently work in the music industry in entry level positions. It has been over 6 years since this blog first started. 6 years that is crazy. 6 years ago the world was upset with kanye swift while taylor swift was seen as a victim. 6 years later a lot of details of their interaction is revealed and public perception of taylor swift is in the air. Other voices may paint as shady or a snake like ekans from pokemon go. 6 years ago 6 years ago associate content was a site many of our writers got their site. Sadly 6 years later no remnant of the site exist except via wayback machine. It has been an interesting 6 years but also a disheartening 6 years. The 2011 japanese tsunami and the black life matters movement has effected us here at djtryphto.This is the end of the copyrighted material posting and the start of more original content. The current state of the blog isn't enough to continue in blogger so we are rebranding ourselves andexpanding t an original domain and hosting site. College dropout

There are few people can pull it off like Kanye west. He made androgynous fashion like skinny jeans mainstream. His brand and imagery speak more as visionary artist. He is one of the few people to make the derelict clothes line in zoolander not only real but valued over 300 dollars for a shirt. Besides his fashion contributions he is the most popular rapper from Chicago. Common is more lyrically strong but is now known as more of an actor. Chance the rapper has been buzzing for the past few year. He has so far gone past the limits of independent music. In his own words he looks to Walt Disney and Steve jobs as peers. It's been 10 years since kanye's debut. His style has drastically changed. He originally copied dr dre before creating his own production style. His style is very sample heavy however he epitomizes human vocal performance. Many still label the album kanye's best album. There is a certain nostalgia around the album. Compared to my beautiful twisted fantasy there were a lot less featured acts but more lyrical songs. In a way kanye's debut is a physical manifestation of kanye's struggle to make it in rap. His background as a Rocafella producer gave him a small place in hip hop. When he told his label he wanted to rap they initially told him they don't know how to market him as a rapper. This was during the height of 50 cent's rise and gangsta rap was still popular. The success of Kanye west brought on more backpack rappers or rappers with less tough backgrounds to succeed such as kid cudi,drake,and j Cole.

Bruno mars finished his biggest stage. It was only 4 years since his first hit. Now he is one of the top stars in the industry.

For your entertainment 2013-2014

Change doesn't start New Years. It continues all year long. This blog will no longer be called borindom for obvious reasons. This year will show the continuation of music by more less and the aliens in kindle format.
